Every MMA class blends Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, and boxing fundamentals into one session, built around the age and skill level in the room.
AGES 5+
KIDS MMA CLASS
Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, and boxing fundamentals in one class built for kids. No experience needed, just the ability to follow instructions and stay focused.
AGES 13+
Adults MMA Class
The same disciplines with adult pacing and intensity. Built for fitness, self-defense, or getting on the mat for the first time.

Competition Class
For students training to compete. Live rounds, sparring, and event prep with the coaching staff.
WHO'S COACHING YOUR KID
COACHED BY FIGHTERS. NOT JUST INSTRUCTORS.
Coach Sam has spent close to two decades teaching kids in this community, alongside coaches Mark and Zeke. Our program is built on real coaching experience with professional fighters, then adapted for a beginner-friendly, family setting.
First-timers are paired with a coach for the entire class, so your child never has to figure it out alone in a room full of strangers.
